Seth L. Sabo

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, I live with my partner in Hamburg, NY. In the fall of 2016, I obtained my Real Estate license working as a Buyer's Agent for a few years while developing a keen knowledge of the "behind the scenes" administrative aspect of real estate. I then switched gears and worked for Howard Hanna's top office in the WNY region as their office Administrative Assistant, assisting over 90+ agents in running their day-to-day business. In 2021, I joined the newly created Marc Mingoia Team as their full-time Team Coordinator and Team Member, helping our team List & Sell $100M in the past three years! As the team coordinator for #1 Team at Howard Hanna Pittsford Main Street - I help to create a seamless, courteous and stress-free experience for our fantastic clients and our Team Members. I'm an open point of communication and always happy to answer any questions about the process or assist you in your home search!!
